A memory..Not sure when it exactly started but the question of adoption came up in the house and my sweet brother and sister thought it quite funny to put it out there that I was adopted ( i didnt look like either of them,..they had strong birth traits from our mum.. and I well I did not..
Tearfully I asked mum if I was adopted..and she laughed and said, "of course not..I have your birth records to prove it, Debbie!!! YOU MY DEAR ARE NOT ADOPTED!!" Somewhat relieved, I went back to my brother and sister and feeling vindicated,said, "..See!!! Mum says Im not adopted.. feeling very happy that I had squashed their lies....and after a brief moment David solemnly replied...
" Well...do you really think she'd tell you??"....AGGGGGGHHH!!!
