... I cant remember the last time I was in a swimming pool. My friend Val spoke to me about an aquafit class being held at a local rec centre and we went... the pool I remembered as a child was freezing cold...and seemed to take forever to adjust to,,,but not this one..
it was tepid warm and inviting.
Wading my arms and legs as we went through the routine was comfortable and calming... It was the right choice.. and it makes me happy
