Its actually funny how we take forgranted the body parts that function without a second thought until you injure them.. my right arm..as you all know has a radial fracture.. also known, at first, as ..it hurts like hell and if you touch it im gonna take you out!!!..to now mildly annoying unless I stress it out and use it too much ....lmao...however.. fortunately the accident did not ruin the mobility to my right hand .I can type.. thank goodness... but I cant open jars or water bottles or juice containers with the screw on caps without wincing.. (Ironically the naproxen they prescribed me for the inflamation...has a pinch and twist lid..nice....dumbasses lol) and if Im on the computer too long.. which I do both at home and at work.. the arm tends to swell and ache more than usual...so my whining usually happens when no one is around to hear it...fortunately for all ....So Im fairing well so far..getting around at work..verbally abused by Marisa ( who endlessly teases me about being old anyway) and making sure I slow down abit. ...when i take corners and when I enter a room and when I avoid sitting near Mia who loves to punch the person next to her when she gets excited... Im going to start Physio next week..long process but Im getting there...
