Time and energy are things I avoided for years..figuring I had loads of both...and until two years ago I didnt realize how hard it was going to be to reverse the damage I had done. I first started to pay attention to Dr Oz..long before he became popular on Oprah or on his own show.. I started reading a book called You on a diet and then went to a site called RealAge.com and did the quiz to find out my Realage I was 48 years old and my realage was 54..I needed to reverse that fast!!well at least realistically) and then at a family get together I received a photograph that actually pissed me off enought to do something about it ..this is me at 250 lbs!!

After crying and mentally beating myself up for a long time I decided to make a change. I started consciously eating..being aware of foods and replacing my favourite bad ones with healthier good ones... Oh I cheated still but not without remorse and guilt and jumping right back on the bandwagon to start again each day...
I started walking a half hour, then 3/4 of an hour and then up to an hour/day and then one evening saw an infomercial for Turbo Jam.. and although the workouts were intense I kept it up and slowly but surely saw results...and now at this point Im 60 lbs lighter but even more determined to get to my goal..I HAVE TO OR DIE TRYING LOL!!
