The flight was a half hour late.. we are warned from the flight crew that if you want anything to eat or drink .. it will be paid only with a credit card--no cash (wtf) ... and my fortunate placement on the plane is beside a thin businessman who has the window seat...which is okay with me since its been awhile since Ive been on a plane.. I love take offs..its the most exciting part of the ride...for me anyway... the rush of the upward sweep of the plane.. exhilarating!!..but once in the air..my claustrophobia seems to kick in..I begin to try and avert my anxiety... I look about but I dont see anyone who maybe someone I could be working with.. no ID tags hmm..okay..maybe there will be someone waiting at the other end... I am still a bit tired from the lack of sleep prior so I go in and out and Im intrigued of the fact we can now individually watch movies on planes..which the monitors are located on the backs of the chairs...and for 3 dollars you can buy headphones.... I decide to watch a movie ..and then order a egg bacon and cheese on an english muffin...with juice..which tastes gross but Im starving...so i gobble it down thinkin.. it may be a while before I eat again .. and shift the pillow behind my head and cover myself up to try and get comfortable..its gonna be a long ride....
